Cookies Cream - Redbridge

My husband and I ordered some white bueno milkshakes and I found a fly in mine! It was absolutely disgusting.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! I used to be a fan of this place, but our recent visit was extremely disappointing. We were served a tiramisu that was rock hard and dry, with no moisture at all. When we asked for something else, we tried the Oreo cheesecake, but it tasted stale and off. The staff member denied there was a problem and claimed they sell many without complaints. They insisted that the desserts were fresh from that morning. The owners should be ashamed and embarrassed, but it seems like they lack any justified emotions. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It was a waste of money and a disappointing evening.

I would like to make a complaint against Barkingside branch but unsure where to make this complaint! I went and placed an order for 2 shakes and ice cream, I waited and the young guys decided to serve fluttering girls before us, making me and my young kids wait outside. This is an unnecessary unacceptable behaviour. I questioned them and they said it was only couple of shakes but so was mine!!!

I did not receive the vanilla ice cream that was supposed to accompany my cake. Additionally, the chocolate cookie dough was served cold and hard. When I called to address the issue, the manager insisted that everything was packed correctly and I was mistaken. This response was very rude. This is the second time I have experienced poor food quality and customer service at this restaurant.

Take to long and very rude, food is good but the staff let the side down. Won’t be coming here again or ordering from here again
