Franzos Piri Piri - Redbridge

This place is the worst food I have ate in my life. Me and my friend went to eat late night food thinking it’s better than Nando’s instead they gave me diareah and poison. Also my friend was excited to try the burger however in the burger there was expired lettuce and hard rock dry chicken he felt like he was eating bread and that’s it. I recommend you going to Nando’s!!

Visited this place couple of times with my friends.Mostly we order grilled Chicken ,chicken burgers and Chops in starter. Let me tell you their grilled chicken is succulent and tasty. I love the lamb chops which r so great.

A group of us (5) visited a few days ago. 2 of us orders Lebanese in pitta. Firstly we were shocked at how the prices have risen. Told they'd take 20 25 mins AFTER we had paid. Had we known before we'd have ordered something else. Our food took ages none of the staff were really bothered when we kept asking about our food. In fact they seemed annoyed when we asked! After waiting almost 40 mins our food FINALLY arrived. They got an order wrong but my friend decided to eat anyway. Halfway through eating her food my friend found a long black hair in her wrap. The staff were taken aback yet didn't do anything at first. When one of our group voiced their distgust my friend was offered another wrap! After waiting 40 mins NO THANKS! A refund was given ONLY when we asked! The service was awful to say the least. Staff aren't in the least bothered about customers having to wait DOUBLE the time for their food. Their manner is standoffish and faces look like they clearly don't want to be there! Franzo's you have put your prices up! I think it's time you upped your game with regards to waiting times and staff conduct with customers!

We visited for dinner and I ordered hallumi which was very poor. It tasted like over salted cheddar cheese and the staff were very rude about it. Food was overpriced but chips were good.

It was always the alternative place to visit over nandos as prices were a fraction of nandos. However my recent visit prices were almost similar to nandos. Food is still good however I just hope their popularity don’t ruin it for the locals.
