Sweet. Barkingside - Redbridge

Visited this place earlier this year. It looked promising because it was busy. However, after we waited 15 minutes and were seated, that was the beginning of the end. We had to wait 6 minutes before they cleaned the table. Then a further 10 minutes before we got menus. We had to go and ask for menus when we found a member of staff who stood still long enough. Eventually they brought to us. We were told someone would take our order. No one came, so we went to the counter to order, and waited for what felt like an eternity to be served. In the end we left. Not only was customer service very bad which I think is due to a shortage of staff, but they’re expensive. We were willing to eat there despite the price, as it was somewhere different, but I wouldn’t go back there. They seem to be a victim of there own success.

Pretty menu! Overall fairly priced. Good experience lovely decor... tasty treats for your sweet tooth!!!

1 hours and no food, staff is just having fun around instead of serving food, on complain for late food they are just arguing will never go again

On entry everything was good, waiter was patient with some of us that were undecided, and very friendly overall. We waited over an hour for our food and milkshakes and did not have any update. We went to the counter and found out our order was not even put into the system, and the machines used for milkshakes stopped working. We asked why we weren't notified and they just apologised. They did give us a little discount as compensation. Personally I wouldn't come here again but it could be just a problem during busy periods.

The food was delicious, the menu has such a wide range of options to choose from. Service is always amazing!!!
