The Brothers Fish - Redbridge

By far the best chippy in the area. You pay for quality and freshness. Always freshly fried, hot crispy. Good friendly service. Never had a bad meal we’ve been using them for years. Highly recommended

I arrived to order a bag of chips and two pickled onions and was told it would be a 10/15min wait which I thought was reasonable because I saw 10 people waiting for their orders. Little did I know that whilst waiting there were constant Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat drivers arriving, showing their order numbers and their orders were pushed to the front of the queue. All these orders were massive and ended up waiting over half hour. Whilst I waited there must’ve been at least 20 different delivery drivers arrive to pick up food! Why is it okay for people standing at a shop wait longer for their order. Why are the orders not dealt with in order that they are received? I know these orders were placed after mine because when I ordered there were only 3 tickets put up for these app orders and more kept getting added after my order. I will not be getting anything from here again!

If this shop was in the city i would understand the prices.... A fish for £8.50 was just a total joke!! Other fish bars with bigger fish freshly made in a good price! Wont be goin here again
