Feedback gevenI am from Redcar but it was my first time visiting this small cafe. The menu is simple but all the dishes were well-prepared. The environment is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. Additionally, if you play the 2p machines, you can use the tickets to pay for your meal. Overall, I have no complaints.
I recently spent an hour playing on the penny arcade machines at this restaurant. The staff informed us that we could use the tickets we won for a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and served with a lovely cup of coffee by the friendly and welcoming Beth. I highly recommend this place!
We had a fast family lunch at this restaurant. I ordered a pie with chips and peas for 6.45 pounds. Unfortunately, it was terrible. The pie seemed like a cheap frozen one with very little filling. It was truly awful, and it's no surprise the place was empty.
We stumbled on this little gem during the Redcar half marathon. Due to the cafes on the front being too full and having a pram, we were about to give up and go back into the town centre when we found Uncle Sam’s. What a pleasant surprise to find an American style dinner that served in my opinion a great value for money breakfast.. staff were very friendly. The only thing I would comment on is the decor looking a bit cheap and possibly the introduction of booth’s would go a long way. If you are looking for a great belly satisfying breakfast for less than a fiver then go to Sam’s.
Went in to try the super shakes, they looked amazing! Tried the donut delight, the donut, cream and sweets were very nice, the actual milkshake however wasn’t too great. It was just normal milkshake, I was expecting a thick milkshake made of ice cream.
