Buffalo Wild Wings - Redding

Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant that my son and his friend really enjoy, which is why I go there with them. I probably wouldn't choose to eat there by myself as it can be a bit pricey for just chicken nuggets with sauce. The sports atmosphere is great for watching games. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the restaurant - I both love it and dislike it at the same time.

The service at this restaurant was awful. We had to wait 25 minutes for a drink after being seated, and our server never stopped by to check on us. We had to flag down a busser just to get attention. The food came out cold and at different times, and we felt ignored as we watched our server prioritize a table that was sat after us.

The restaurant was okay, but I was disappointed to find out that they do not actually use the OpenTable app, even though they are listed on it. This caused confusion when we arrived.

By far the worst service ever and manager did not care

Buffalo,Wild Wings is a corporate restaurant. My son and his friend love it, therefore I enjoy it with them. Probably wouldn’t choose it completely on my own. A little expensive for flavored chicken nuggets. Great sports atmosphere. Love it and don’t at the same time
