Grand Buffet - Redding

I can't do watertable style Chinese food, but the resturant was beautiful with a good atmosphere.

Overdose. It's a Chinese food buffet for crying out loud!! everything you want, in Costco sized amounts! Not bad food per se, just so much of it.

Seems like every town on the US has a Chinese buffet, and Redding is no exception. This buffet offers all the usual food options including some American foods as well. The food will be fresh if you get here wisely near to opening, like 11:30 or before. I did and the food was all fresh and hot and the service was fine. Prices are up like everything these days.

Nice place to eat, just a buffet. $80 for 2 adults and 2 children.

To start, I visited in March 2022 and MASKS WERE NOT REQUIRED as stated by the website. This was my third visit in 3 years (live in east bay area); however, the huge selection and variety of food seems endless compared to other buffets in their class. In my opinion as with others who contribute, I sample certain dishes and rate them based on presentation, temperature, quantity/quality, color, seasoning, and flavor. I have had the opportunity to eat during lunch and Grand Buffet has many dishes to choose from that are very good. You will be pleased, just wait and see for yourself.
