Guadalajara Mexican - Redding

I absolutely adore the veggie fajitas at this restaurant. They are happy to leave out the cheese for vegans, and they also offer other vegetarian options with slight modifications. However, I am so obsessed with the fajitas that I'll probably never branch out and try anything else. This is our go-to spot whenever we find ourselves in Redding. The decor is colorful and the staff are very friendly.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, the service is great, and the decor is beautiful. The Steak-Fajitas are amazing - the steak is well seasoned and very tender. It's a bit addictive. We absolutely love Guadalajara!

I didn't have to wait long on a busy Saturday, maybe only about 10 minutes. They brought out free chips and salsa, and my food was prepared very quickly. Some people at other tables received a fun happy birthday surprise. Overall, it was a great place to eat and everyone had a good time.

Amazing place for dinner Date! Great ambience, delicious food, huge portions, vegetarian friendly, excellent service in all one of the best meals I ever had in my life. The staff was so friendly and helpful as we were last for dinner and they didn't rush to us. Even gave free dessert. I could visit Redding next time!

Provided catering for my wedding, and they did an amazing job! The enchiladas were excellent and packaged well to preserve heat, and there was enough food to comfortably feed everyone. The price was also great and we are very happy with our choice to have Guadalajara provide food for our wedding!
