Jack In The Box - Redding

I visited the restaurant just before 9 pm. Although the open signs were flashing, the lobby was closed.

Most of the time, I receive decent service at this restaurant, but occasionally I encounter a rude employee. The food is usually prepared correctly, but if you make a special request or ask for something to be removed, be sure to double check your order before leaving. On about 3 out of 10 visits, I have had to go back in to get something fixed. I am a picky eater and will not eat something if it has something I do not like on it. Overall, the service is decent.

We stop there anytime we're in Redding! We go through the drive through, and are happy to get Zack! He's so nice and friendly! He knows what we like. Also, it's the best iced coffee ... Not Starbucks!

Zack was great. He seemed positive, held the door open, and got our order right. The restaurant was clean and the food and fries were hot when served

I haven't lived in an area with a Jack In The Box since 2008, but during my recent visit, I tried the Sourdough Jack burger and it tasted just like what I remember from 2008.
