Feedback gevenDirty, under staffed, we ate inside and the drive through would have been faster service. Our order was wrong but I wasn't willing to wait for correct burgers. I do believe there was a problem with staff because once an employee came back from break things went faster. Still our order was burnt (how?? and crusty. I think it was the location...
It's interesting that there are only two other reviews here. One is a five-star review because the drive-thru window guy is awesome. The other is a one-star review because the line takes so long. I find myself in agreement with both. So far, it has taken probably about 10 minutes to move forward a car length, which is pretty bad for fast food. But the guy who took our order, perhaps it was Zach, was hilarious. He added a lot of personality to the experience of making our order, and made it a lot of fun. I actually got on here to write a review based on that. I was planning to give five stars if the food was good, but I am dipping down a little bit because the line is abnormally slow. I find myself at three stars, agreeing with both of the other two comments, but Zack was so awesome that I'm bumping it up to four stars. Great hire! He is clearly enjoying his job, and that makes it Fun For the Rest of us.
The entire staff were polite and accommodating, the food was hot and tasty, we want to give a special shout out to Zack and black for his upbeat and snappy attitude!Thanks again Jack in the box!
We stop there anytime we're in Redding! We go through the drive through, and are happy to get Zack! He's so nice and friendly! He knows what we like. Also, it's the best iced coffee ... Not Starbucks!
Zack was great. He seemed positive, held the door open, and got our order right. The restaurant was clean and the food and fries were hot when served ??
