Lombardi's Trattoria - Redding

I called today to make a take out order and was very disappointed by the service I received over the phone. I work in multiple food industry 's and was very taken back by what they said over the phone. I had asked to pay over the phone because I had forgotten my card at home. They responded to that by saying What 's the difference. In an extremely rude tone. I said you have a great rest of your day after the rude tone because I wanted to just take my business else where and not start a problem. But then I received a condescending laugh followed with you too which was also said in a condescending way. On top of it i 've been having a really rough day today and all I wanted was a pizza, not someone to be rude to me over the phone. I love to see businesses thrive but after reviving the rude tone like that it 's almost the business itself that doesn 't want to thrive.

Great non Italian dishes, great staff, good drinks, not stingy with the booze they use in their cocktails and nice atmosphere, especially their outdoor seating under the tent

Excellent dinner and service. We had lasagna and chicken Parmesan which was excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had spicy sausage pizza and eggplant parmesan. Both were excellent. Service was great. We'll be back.
