I can't believe Red Lobster ran out of lobster tails on a Monday evening. It's disappointing when a restaurant with "lobster" in its name doesn't have its signature dish available. I understand that running out of items can happen, but this seems like a major oversight.
I ordered takeout from Red Lobster and ordered two pounds of crab and two sides of shrimp. However, when the order arrived, I only received one pound of crab.
Excellent customer service! Went with a friend who has a food allergy and they were very helpful to eat something safe for them! They took their time and never rushed us.
It hates to leave negative feedback, but it was a break. The Cheddar Bay cookies and pages were good enough, but all our entrees were less than moderate. The lobster was cold and the butter was not good. Shrimp was just fine. Steak was like leather. Even our plates were dirty when we brought to us and we didn't get any refills until we finished. The $100 check was painful after such a disappointing meal. The atmosphere there is nice for a date night, but not worth it.
