The Greek Shack - Redding

This is a two-person team—possibly a husband and wife? The food is fantastic, served quickly, and very reasonably priced. The wraps are packed to the brim, so be prepared for a bit of a mess. They might have a bit too much meat for my liking, but I’m not complaining! Just a heads-up that it can get a bit messy.

The food was outstanding! I really hope they reopen their restaurant and offer outdoor dining options.

If you enjoy lamb, you’re going to adore these gyros! They also offer chicken and vegan options. The cleanliness of the restaurant is unmatched—there's not a cleaner spot on the planet. The plates, sides, and desserts are all equally delicious. This place is a true gem and is definitely on our list for out-of-town guests. P.S. There’s usually shade for your car most of the day on the side street next to the Shack, Rockabye Lane.

Hidden gems often hold the biggest surprises. Although it was slightly pricey, the experience was definitely worth every penny. We hadn't enjoyed a good Greek meal since relocating from Georgia three years ago, and we stumbled upon this charming restaurant during our day trip to Redding.

The food is outstanding! If you’re in the mood for Greek cuisine, head there right away. They also have delicious baklava!
