The Redding Roadhouse

The Redding Roadhouse is a beautiful establishment but we had a very poor experience there on a recent Saturday evening. I completely understand a slower pace at restaurants due to COVID and am patient but we sat for 75 minutes before we received our food. Everyone around us, who were seated after us, received their food before we received ours. Our server simply forgot to put in our order and never checked on our table and was impossible to flag down. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and she was starving. When we were able to flag her down, there was no apology, simply I 'll check. The manager came over to deliver the food with no apology. I find a simple acknowledgement of the program and an apology go a long way especially with me. The food was actually good BUT I will never go there, nor recommended Redding Roadhouse, because the service and customer relations were so so poor. Unfortunate because it 's a great looking local place.

RRH is my goto place for Sunday Brunch! I love the countryhouse atmosphere. Service is always terrific

Ambience is special. Very homey and comfortable. Comfort food too! Brunch food was superb. Service was excellent. Feel like we found an oasis in the middle of nowhere
