Sainsbury`s Cafe - Redditch

Unhappy after the use of sainsburys for lunch after every shopping trip in the invite we felt, after my sister eating came hard, dry, vaccinated and water would have been thicker than the engraving. the service and the eating are in the regular good, but what was done...it was worse after a coworker advised about the disappointing meal and after the confirmation to us that it would be put right ..we were in shock when this coworker forgets us completely as they are swallowed in cleaning the tables. we have advised another employee in the kitchen. this beautiful lady name was Hannah and she was amazing. hannah revolved our experience around by immediately sorting the problem and even preparing the meal itself personally. the meal was perfect, but we were most impressed by Hannah's professionalism, first-class customer service, which provided him with real empathy and sincerity. I believe that every organization is only as good as those who work inside and near is one of these individual and a true ability for sainsbury's redditch store. please give our cordial thanks and very good wishes to go further.

We went there to have a fast breakfast/lunch. Food was good. The cashier at the till went over and above to help us because once the order was placed (via the automated window) we were not able to change it. He tried to get things...changed and when things were not corrected, he made sure that he went to the kitchen and got things right for us!

The worst meal I have ever had!!!! I had a breakfast and it was all just reheated from earlier!!! All rubber and tasteless!!! And what is the worst part my daughter has been served raw fish fingers!!!! She is 9 years old!!!! I got...my money back but I will definitely not be eating there again!!!!!

Havnt even eaten yet and I knows it's going to be terrible. Took 10 minutes to get served. Every table is dirty there are plates lying around. The first 3 knives I got out were still dirty. And the guy that made my Coffee looked...asif he was going to smash his head off the counter he was that sad about life.

Whenever I read everything that begins in the framework of our continuous improvement process. I immediately know that something that was previously available is now no longer an option, or that the service/product with which I am familiar has now been reduced to my aftertaste. in the rule means that I will get something infertile or more expensive than before, all being deported under the cover of the "continuous improvement". this caffe is a good example. it is almost exactly 4 years since I last reviewed this caffe, and I was disappointed to find that this visit the full boiled breakfast I previously tested (april 2018) is unfortunately no longer available, replaced by some very rudimentary breakfast options, none of which is a decent replacement. there was a selection of breakfast bap with speck or sausage. I chose the sausage (see picture), only to find that the sausages were preboiled and reheated in the microwave, along with the broth roll. the result: brot with a rubbery texture and sausage that clearly happened to her best. the woman was very helpful and efficient, but I guess she wasn't a cook. in the did the caffe does not seem to have that someone cook at least not to the breakfast. the latest reviews for this venue have significantly dropped the standards. that is a shame, because the only other possibility to breakfast is the beefeater in the premier inn close, that is 9.50! ok, it is unlimited, but realistic, a tenner is overpriced, no matter how good the breakfast is. while sainsburys caffe offers an alternative, I fear a very bad replacement.
