Do not visit this restaurant if you have celiac disease. I made an order and emphasized the need for it to be gluten-free due to my condition, but unfortunately, I had a severe reaction. Despite their claim to be able to accommodate those with celiac disease, my experience was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend trying this restaurant.

We ordered from Menulog and waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food to arrive, which I felt was too long. The food was not hot and lacked flavor. Two out of four orders were incorrect, missing advertised ingredients and containing extra ingredients that were paid for. I would not recommend this restaurant. It would be better to buy your own ingredients from a local supermarket, even if you can't cook.

During a road trip through Cleveland, my partner and I stopped at a restaurant for a quick takeaway meal. Despite a friendly young staff member taking our order, the wait time was frustratingly long. We observed the manager informing other customers of a 15-minute wait, but after 20 minutes, we were still waiting for our food. When I tried to ask the manager about the wait time, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, after 25 minutes, we received our order and my partner politely confronted the manager about the wait. The manager responded defensively and blamed her new staff member for the delay. We requested a refund and left for a neighboring kebab place where we had a much quicker and smoother experience. The manager's lack of professionalism and rudeness left us disappointed, and we do not recommend this restaurant to others.

So disappointed,we got a voucher in the mail,come try us it said,so we did,and we will never go back.

Popped into this quaint little place after the movies as we were a tad famished. Good staff knowledge and service was quick. The specialty drinks were great and pricing on par with food taste and quality.
