KFC - REDLAND BAY

I ordered an original recipe burger combo and a Zinger stacker combo at the drive-thru. All they got right were the drinks and the bill. What we got were two identical very small burgers with oily chips. To top all this, we stood waiting for more than 20 minutes to get our order, and this was the second time in a row they got it wrong.I could see into the kitchen and the floor was littered with garbage and other food parts. (Should've taken a photo.)Definitely won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Sorry.

Late dinner...pulled at about 8.30pm..asked for a meal to be told there was no zinger fillets...the next meal..no chicken pieces could i have popcorn chicken..3rd meal no chicken tenders...sat in the drive thru for 10 mins..girl who came and handed us the food "casey" didnt even greet us or say goodbye just shoved it through the window..When we got home the chips had so much salt on them it was ridiculous..the gravy was burnt and my burger had a zinger fillet on it and i didnt order one...my husband did however and apparently they didnt have any..when we have KFC this is the one we always come to..the service is generally pretty woeful but tonight takes the cake.

Visited Wednesday 9th November for lunch. From the start I had a bad feeling about this place. The time it took to take my order, then pack it and give it to me. The operator was not interested at all, she didn't even ask if I was dining in or taking it away. While I was sitting there eating my meal, the same operator came around and cleaned the tables. She just wiped the food scraps onto the floor, no attempt to pick them up. If that's the sort of food hygiene they display in front of customers just imagine what goes on out the back. Definitely not the standard KFC expects from their staff. The meal was just average, next time I'm in Cleveland I'll be going somewhere else for a meal and suggest you do the same.

Kentucky fried chicken & fries, as you know it, crispy juicy and served by pleasant staff. sit down & drive thru.8

Not a lot to say. The mashed potato and gravy I bought was nothing special. For convenience, would probably go here again.
