Feedback gevenUpdate: owner suggested I fill out survey after speaking to the district manager Stacy . Asked Stacy to update with a resolution and not heard back. Called customer service team and noted said issue had been addressed. Feedback will fall on deaf ears and it difficult to speak to someone . I spent two hours calling 8 times to finally get ahold of a human. Don’t bother trying to get good service. Had terrible service here. Asked for ranch and was told by jaz the manager that they charge for ranch now and it’s been 4 months. She pulled the sign from behind the counter and walked away. I was still talking to her and she was yelling across the kitchen. I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes and became disrespectful. I asked her for a refund and she kept interrupting me and told me to not have an attitude. I asked for the district managers number and she came back 10 mins later with it written on a sloppy sticky note with a crayola marker and was unreadable, I asked her if she could make it out and she raised her voice and asked with an attitude if she wanted to read it out loud. I was not rude or disrespectful but she acted like she didn’t have time for it and when I escalated and asked for the district manager, she increased her attitude.
I dined in at Habit Burger the food and time of it being made was good but I had a problem I was eating with family and 1 of my family members if vegetarian. When I got the vegetarian burger there was no sign that the burger was even vegetarian no labeling no nothing. Also another 1 of my family member got an incorrectly made sandwich. So I go to tell a worker and she gets attitude and is just doing way to much over us just simply asking for our sandwiches to be remade and my one family member who is vegetarian she has no sympathy for and is getting mad at her like it was her fault for not knowing what sandwich was which. Terrible customer service food was nice though.
The Habit in general is good, but this location (Redlands) not the best. I totally suggest hitting the one in Riverside off Central. They have wonderful attitudes and I never have a complaint about my order. Their salads are always green and fresh. I only go to this Redlands location when im desperate and even then, I get so mad at myself afterwards because its always the same.
Didn't expect the charburgers to actually be charred. They obviously don't clean the grill from all the black dots that covered the patties and grilled onions. And there were fries that were obviously fried twice so they were almost black and rock hard. It wasn't even busy so I was extremely disappointed
My wife and I got burgers to eat and watch one of the music acts in the plaza. The burgers were scrumptious!
