Cold Stone Creamery - Redlands

I placed an order online and when I got to the store, they said they didn’t have any more cupcakes very disappointing. It was my Birthday it appears The owner doesn’t care because if she really cared, they would’ve offered free cupcake cake another day And I ordered a smoothie. It was the blueberry banana and it had chocolate in it and so that’s telling me that they’re not washing the blenders correctly

I was nervous to come in because of a couple bad reviews on here, but I had a fantastic experience! The employee helping me was Norah and she is AWESOME. Don't listen to the low star reviews. The store is clean and the employees all are professional and friendly! Also, I highly recommend the Pumpkin ice cream in a waffle cone!

We visited my local Cold Stone Creamy last night at 9:45 pm, which was 15mins before they closed. We were turned away because they had a line, and by the time they finished serving the people already in line, it would be 10:00 p.m-according to Nora. That is absolutely absurd! If you close at 10 p.m., you close at 10 p.m., correct? Or is it the employees leave at 10 p.m.? And, if that is the case, the store needs to change their hours to reflect that. So, two customers walking in 15 minutes before closing should have been served. Being the only two Blacks in the store, I cannot help but wonder if we were turned away for the color of our skin. I have NEVER felt so disrespected, embarrassed, or unwanted in a store before!This location is the only ice cream store open late in Redlands. It's the middle of summer, and we are experiencing 100-plus-degree weather every day. So, the store needs to staff adequately to be able to serve ALL customers that walk in before closing. I honestly don't know why I keep coming back here. The attitudes of the employees consistently suck, they seem to always be out of a critical signature creation ingredient, and the prices are obscene. 3 small cups of ice cream will cost you over $35!! You want a pint? $30. Guys, your ice cream ain't that great, especially when I can go to 31 flavors for 1/3 the price. A Breyers pint will run you about $7 at any grocery store. I feel taken advantage of EVERY TIME I come here. Unfortunately, I think I'm done with cold stone. 2 stars so they can't pay to have my post taken down or I would have given a 1 star.

The new hire sorry didn't catch her name was fantastic. Ice-cream was delicious as always.
