El Pollo Loco - Redlands

I've had a terrible experience with my last three orders from this location. The chicken was cold and tough as a rock. I won't be coming back again.

The chicken was delicious, the tortillas were fresh, and the salsas are consistently great. The delivery driver was excellent too!

The food did not meet my expectations. It didn't resemble what was shown in the pictures. The presentation of the meal was lacking, and I felt it wasn't worth the price.

The two chicken combo meals were delicious, and the drinks and salsa were just right this time. It seems someone actually paid attention to our salsa preferences. However, they forgot to include the two orders of chips we requested. We received salsa but no chips. This restaurant has been getting orders wrong quite frequently lately, and it's important for them to fulfill complete orders. Please pay attention to the requests. Thank you.

I truly wish I could buy an extra cilantro dressing because I'm a huge fan of the double chicken tostada salad—it's my favorite! The mac and cheese is amazing as well, really creamy and delicious.
