Starbucks - Redlands

I 'm puzzled.I honestly don 't know why there 's so much hating going on for this Starbucks location. Located inside Vons in the Vons/Trader Joe 's plaza; it should be noticed that this is NOT a Starbucks corporate site. It 's one of their franchise sites that are usually located inside grocery stores. There 's a similar Starbucks located in a nearby Albertson 's as well as the Target in Citrus Plaza. The employees inside this spot are Vons employees, not Starbucks.To be fair this location has always been happily average . Whereas it is convenient to get a caffeinated pick-me-up whilst shopping; it 's certainly for to-go orders only; there 's no seating at this location. The workers here are usually friendly, though sometimes it 's not adequately staffed so they may seem a little harried at times. Sometimes I 've had to wait a bit for my order to be made, but the wait has never been excessive.One interesting thing is that their selection of Merch sometimes is different than the corporate stores. An employee at a nearby location told me that the corporate sites have their Merch auto-shipped, whereas the franchise sites get to order theirs. The plus side of this is that you can sometimes find the coveted Barista Bears during the holidays at these locations, as well as the specialty tumblers that you sometimes see people scalping on Facebook Marketplace.

Service is straight trash. The guy and girl that are both working didn't even acknowledge me while I waited in line. Both employees were doing something and there was no one in line besides me. I ended up leaving and went to coffee bean, much better service and ambiance forsure!

I have never been to a Starbucks where the employees are so mean. They give you an attitude when you ask for an extra cup of ice. And I go to Starbucks a lot. I only come here because I work in This shopping center and it'sclose when I can't stop by eureka. Usually when ppl go to Starbucks anywhere they are very pleasant. Not this place. I think the Vons store need to review their Starbucks employees again. It makes the trip to vons very unpleasant. Please help make Starbucks and vons the atmosphere I believe corporate wants them to be.

The Starbucks looked dirty like it isn 't cleaned regularly. They have no oven according to worker so all pastries are served cold. You can 't scan your rewards because they only scan barcodes again according to the server. I just don 't understand why have a Starbucks if you 're not going to keep it up to date and clean.
