Bamboo Kitchen - Redmond

On a positive note, the restaurant was very well-organized. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, dine-in services were not available, but takeout was still an option. It was impressive to see that Southern Spice had organized their orders based on how they were received: there were two pickup tables for online orders, one for Grubhub, one for Uber Eats, and one for DoorDash. Additionally, there was a steady stream of customers coming in to place and pick up their orders, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. Just a quick tip—parking out front is quite limited.

Southern Spice serves the best biryani in the area. Their Chicken 555 biryani is a highlight and ranks among the best in the Seattle region, while their appetizers are also exceptional. This restaurant is undeniably one of the top Indian dining spots in Redmond.

I absolutely love the Biryani, as well as the Veg 65 and Veg 555 dishes. The curries are also delightful! Although I haven't tried the non-vegetarian options, I've heard they are outstanding. Personally, I adore this restaurant and make it a point to order from there multiple times a month.
