Feedback gevenWhen I inquired about ordering shakes from the manager, she mentioned that she would go check in the back. However, she did not return for about half an hour and when she finally did, she had not even gone in the direction of the shake machine. It seemed like she was just being lazy.
I used the app deal for a free large fry when spending a dollar, but when I ordered two meals and asked about the fries, the staff member did not inform me that they were not included in the deal. This ended up costing me my gas money to get home, and I had to walk to work the next day in the snow. It would have been appreciated if the staff had mentioned this before putting the food on the tray, as I felt pressured to pay for the fries at the last minute.
I was the first to arrive at the restaurant, but had to wait as they served customers who arrived after me. Despite having placed a mobile order that was ready when I arrived, I still had to wait for others to decide on their meals. However, the young lady who handed me my order was exceptionally professional, friendly, and kind, which improved my overall dining experience.
Prices have gotten ridiculous for the size of the burgers and quality just isn't as good as years ago. I only go there now if I'm on the road and nothing else is around.
