Thai Ginger Redmond Town Center

I I really enjoy the crab fried rice and Panang curry at Thai Ginger. The food is always so flavorful, and the grilled veggies are simple yet tasty. That said, the Redmond location could use a bit of a refresh. The carpet isn't very appealing, and it makes the dining experience less enjoyable. I'd love to see the owners update the interior to make it more inviting.

All in all the food is pretty great. Nice selection of curries and noodle dishes, and I particularly liked the cook on the phad see iew. One thing to look out for when ordering takeout: Check the spiciness level. Two of the dishes I ordered were 0 spice and one was 3 spice. However, even though they were labeled appropriately, somehow they were mixed up so the spicy dish was 0 star and one of the 0 stars was spicy. Still tasted great but unfortunately the person who accidentally got the spicy dish wasn't able to finish.

We had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon here! They were able to get our group of 7 in right away without a wait. The Cashew Nut with chicken was delicious. $17) White rice was extra $2) And a Thai iced tea to complete the meal $5) With tip and tax lunch came out to just over $31 which is bit more than I'd like to spend. But our waitress was very prompt and sweet. The interior decor was cool we got to sit right under a big archway/roof. Plenty of parking nearby in free parking lots of parking garages. The restaurant is located on the 2nd level of the outdoor town center.

We came yesterday for lunch and we had to come back here again today. Outstanding service and the food is always great.

If you're in the mood for some Thai food at Redmond town center, then Thai Ginger is definitely worth a visit. I got the basil fried rice with chicken with spice level 2 and it was delicious (spice level was also good for me and what I was expecting). Not to mention, the portion sizes were more than fair for the price. Though the overall experience was good, it was nothing out of this world. Nevertheless, Thai Ginger deserves a solid 4/5 stars for its good service, tasty food, and enjoyable ambiance.
