Thai O - Redmond

I've visited Thai restaurants all over the country, and this one is hands down the best I've found. Even our very selective teenager loves it! You definitely won't be disappointed.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! While it isn't a fancy place, the quality of the food consistently impresses. The service is quite good, although, like many restaurants these days, it seems they might be a bit understaffed at the front.

The food was great, but the service was incredibly disappointing. It's a real shame because we used to be regular customers. The person managing the front of house seems disinterested and unenthusiastic. I ordered takeout and discovered when I got home that my order was incorrect. I tried to return to rectify the issue, but they were closing early (even though the doors weren't locked) and refused to assist or address the mistake. I won't be returning.

Quick, yummy, affordable and friendly service. This is my go to place for take out or sit down when I don?t feel like cooking. Definitely the best comfort food in Redmond, Oregon, thankful for this place and it?s his

Update: they?ve recently been much better and I still really enjoy their food. Great local Thai spot. ? I?ve been coming here for over a year regularly and have really enjoyed the food. The service has always been a little poor because they only have onewaiter that tries to do it all but is not possible when it?s busy (which is often) and the service gets very bad. Theydesperately need to hire another waiter. Also, when I would call ahead he would give me a time of when to get there for when thefood would be ready and I never had an issue until a few months ago when he would tell me it would be ready in 20 minutes and Iwould show up 20 minutes later and would have to wait another 20-40 minutes. One time I showed up after already putting theorder in on the phone and he didn?t put the order in until I got there and tried to pay for it. I?m not sure what is happeningbut they either need to find a new waiter or hire more so that he is not overwhelmed.
