One of our favorites! Especially for brunch, but they also have good lunch and sandwiches, plus a dinner menu. The outdoor dining here and Riviera Village is great lately (reopened again after total Covid dining shutdown). The crepes and omelettes are really good, but I especially love the Filet Mignon Hash. The service has always been super attentive. Check out the specials menu, too.
Crème De La Crêpe is one of my all time favorite restaurants. First off they treat you like GOLD. They offer fabulous service and the food is delicious. They have that je n'ais ce quoi!! I usually go in the mornings for breakfast and a delicious latte. This time I went with a friend for dinner. She had a fabulous Rosè and the Farmer crêpe. I had the Marine crêpe and it was unreal. Scallops and shrimp in an amazing sauce with mushroom amd so much more. Both came with a side of greens and I love their dressing. They offer beer and wine. The wine selection is quite nice, also champagne if you like a Bellini. The Redondo beach location is larger than Hermosa and nice for larger parties. Parking can be tricky but be patient and you will find a spot just FEED THE METERS! Tickets are not fun. I can not recommend this place enough!! Bon Appetit! See you there!! Cudos to this business for staying open during Covid19 pandemic. Pre-pandemic review in 2019: Seating indoors and on the patio are cozy. A breakfast for 2 adults and 1 toddler costs about $50; including tips.
Creme De La Crepe is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been going there since they opened their first restaurant in Hermosa Beach. I like the crepes as an alternative to sandwiches. The warm chicken salad is my go-to salad. It’s also a great place to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. The dessert crepes are fun to share with a group. They serve champagne, mimosas, wine, and they make a great coffee. Every server speaks French, which adds to the ambiance. The people watching is great since there is outside dining on Catalina Ave. It’s also one of the few places in Riviera Village that is open early and has a great breakfast.
