Feedback gevenLet me Tell you About This Wonderful Little Gem ? that I Found on My Visit in Cali from Boston.The Roman ??Chef Marcos has such A Passion for his Culinary Craft that it Shows in his Made From Scratch Creations ?.As we Continued to Chitchat he would Greet Everyone with a Big Smile and Inviting Manor that Reminds me of The Old Country and his wife Arlene was so Great to Talk too also.Now let's get into The Roman Style Pizza which was Awesome?.The Light and Airy Dough was Magnificent?.The Taste of Fresh Tomatoes ? and Basil was Sinfully Intoxicating?.The Hand Shredded Mozzarella Combined to Create a Symphony of Flavors ?. The Roman Style Margarita Pizza is So Amazingly Delicious ?.The Romaine Salad was a Refreshing Delight ?.The Service was Great ?.Arlene and Marco keep up The Great Work .See you Guys on My Next Visit to Cali.I Highly Recommend Fatto a Mano!
It was a small, quaint place, but great service. They don’t serve pineapple on pizza or Alfredo sauce, but their food is still delicious. They served Roman style pizza that was small, but delicious. I highly suggest you get the Estiva pizza. I don’t like pesto, but this was unique and tasted great. The tomatoes were sweet. Would get it again when I come back. Also ordered the Bergamasca which was also good and looks aesthetic. You can choose any sauce you want for the pasta you like although they might give you a recommendation. I got the Cacio e Pepe with linguini pasta. You can’t go wrong with your order. Would come back when in the area.
Marco his wife are amazing- they showed us true hospitality. We felt like we were at home. The food is beyond delicious, truly the best Italian food we've ever had. Ceasar salad, bolognese pesto were outstanding then the gelato...Yummy. Small inside the restaurant but huge on taste. well worth the wait. Highly recommend.
HiFatto a Mano…. The title itself shows everything here. The owner and the chef is making vivid vibe here all the time even the servers are super kind and help the chef to provide more love to the customers.This time I’ve ordered Bresaola which is mainly arugula salad with salami, and Saffron prawn spaghetti, Romagnola pizza slice and Focaccia rosemary…Also two of their dessert, which was kind apple pie styled sponge cake and other one I’ve forgot but super savory and buttery soft…From the salad to dessert are totally home meal styles carry all the Italian beauties to the dish with tastes…Thumbs up in Torrance and thank you chef.Ciao bello.
Excellent food but the price is high, like you'd pay at a high end restaurant where some of the cost is to cover for the elegant surroundings and fawning service. Only you don't get that here when ordering takeout. There really isn't a dining room. Nice people but the price point needs an adjustment. Glad we tried it. It's litterally a mom and pop, which we love. No regrets. Hard working people, sometimes, you just have to pay for quality and then decide if it provides value for yourself.
