Papa John's Pizza - Redondo Beach

I'm glad this will be my neighborhood Papa John's. Our family just moved to the area and were moving into our new place. I gave this shop a call to order 6 pizzas for all the guys that came out to help us move in. I normally order online, but called my order in this time. The person who answered was very helpful and went above and beyond. In my conversation with the team member, I told her I would do a pick up and needed to run to the grocery store before heading her way. She offered to put a 15 minute hold on the pizza prep. I agreed and got caught in traffic. She called me when I didn't arrive at our agreed upon time to offer to deliver the pizza for me. I thought this was awesome. Although I declined her offer to deliver the pizza, I did thank her for offering. When I arrived, she told me she wanted to make sure our pizza didn't sit for too long. I appreciated her efforts.

Ordered via the app. Arrived in less than 25 min. Pizza tasted great. Delivery person was very courteous. Consider Papa 's 'Day of Reckoning ' postponed :

Hello! It's the little things that make a difference. My mushroom pizza was incredibly satisfying. The perfect balance of sauce and cheese, and the mushrooms were delicious as well. Additionally, the person who took my order was both courteous and friendly, which I find quite unique. Do we still say "big ups"? They truly delighted my taste buds and filled my belly! Thank you!

The pizza was ready when I arrived, and I haven't had takeout or delivered pizza that burned the roof of my mouth in two years! It was AMAZING!!!
