The management seems to be lacking. Their pole rentals and bait shop are decent, but I faced some issues. I paid for two pole rentals at $7 each. One of them had a bent reel, but they exchanged it for me. Unfortunately, the other pole got tangled within the first five minutes, and they refused to replace it. Instead, they suggested I buy some hooks and put them on myself. In the end, I returned the pole, so I essentially paid $7 for just five minutes of use.

We are a group of ten people, consisting of two families, and we ordered seven churros for the children. However, we had to wait outside for over 20 minutes because the two Hispanic staff members either forgot our order or did not serve us on purpose. When we voiced our concerns, they finally brought out the churros, but they were all burned, which made me think it was intentional. I had my 70-year-old mother with me, who was shivering from the cold, and I didn't want to continue dealing with them under those circumstances. We decided to leave and ended up discarding the churros.

My companion went back five minutes later to get another ice treat, but they told him they were closing. It was only 9:04 PM, and from what I had read in the reviews, they were supposed to close at 10:00 PM. Additionally, we ordered a strawberry sundae but received a brownie sundae instead. The Hispanic employee insisted that was what we had ordered. Frustrated, we decided to go to another ice cream shop down the street instead.

We were surprised that they had boba drinks here. The strawberry boba was pretty tasty. Didn't get as many tapioca balls in our drink as we usually get at typical boba-centric shops, but it was good in general.
