I love Ramen Shack! We're lucky to have such an amazing ramen place so close to home! Everyone who works here is so kind and friendly, I feel right at home Everytime I come here.
Very local place with tasty toms! I have the Sansai vegetarians and that you have a savory spring-conie tree. Dinner as miso, but much more tasteful. my man also got the wrong rams, which was good, but in comparison to the sansai. sansai is root vegetables that come in the ritters. the place is random. we came across this place while we map a place to buy water. the Japanese staff is friendly and unpredictable. the prices are a little high. but I assume that it is normal in the south bay relatiw. after living in japan I find it a little ridiculous to pay $13 for noodles and broth. but I would pay for good rams! and that was pretty good.
Small place, but served good rams. ramen shack has three bases: huh, boar and vegan. I tried the chicken base and the pig base. in my opinion, the chicken grass was better, but the pig thought it was self. they can also choose the level of sharp. unless you like to have your mouth fired, I don't complain higher than level 3. the service was fast, friendly and efficient. will come back!
Pros: omg the coconut ramen was AMAZING... what!! fried mochi add on!! AMAZING. so many options for a small place, reasonably priced considering the portion size, large parking area. cons: was a bit hard to find in the parking lot, got there almost at closing and they were out of chashu... total bummer, decor looks like you're going to have bbq but who cares?
