As an Italian man, I have to say that this place was a disappointment. There wasn't anything authentically Italian about it, and the sandwich I had was the worst Italian sandwich I've ever experienced. You can’t just throw some Italian meats onto a bun and label it as authentic Italian. If you're Italian, you'll likely be very disappointed. Honestly, the name of this place should be reconsidered.

The sandwich maker, who seems to be the middle-aged owner, is quite rude. Customers are not valued here. I suggest you take your sandwich business elsewhere, as many other places offer basic subs for around $12.

I'm sorry to say this, but if you think highly of this restaurant, you might not know what a good sandwich really is, which is unfortunate. For starters, none of the sandwiches come with cheese, which is surprising. Plus, who even serves ground turkey as a main option? The staff member was friendly, but I can't help but wonder if the owner has tried the stale bread that they seem to favor – it’s been a while, I'm guessing. The mustard was barely there too; it feels like they’re trying to save on costs. I really wanted to like this place more, but the value is just terrible. I won't be returning.

This is definitely one of my favorite sandwich shops in the South Bay! The owner is incredibly friendly and impressively remembers all the orders without writing them down. He always recalls my order as soon as I walk in, which is fantastic. I really can’t understand the negative reviews; I always have a wonderful experience here. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I eat here every couple of weeks. Great variety of hot and cold sandwiches with some interesting options you can't find elsewhere. The bread they use is really good. Service is fast and polite.
