Pho Truone-long Vietnamese

Great food at a great price. I've spent a fair amonit of time in Vietnam. One of the least western menu's and taste yet!

The owner Candy was nice and made my Thai iced tea with Coconut cream instead of the dairy alternative she used to make my drink vegan and also accommodated my questions and dietary needs. I asked for a meatless chow mein without egg and she suggested a chow fun instead (since this chow mein contains egg) and I asked for tofu and she did have some available, not visible on menu so you should ask . My vegan tofu vegetable filled chow fun was delicious!!

I ordered the chicken noodle soup. They had a lot of chicken and noodles inside which was able to fill be up really well considering that it was the regular size. This is a pretty casual place but the service was good anyways. Also my food came out almost instantly which was really nice. Only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because, while it tasted good and authentic, some of the chicken pieces looked kinda sketchy and brown and the broth was very salty.

Very yummy pho (such clear broth). The pork and chicken verm with spring roll really hit the spot. I’m so grateful they are open during covid. Hard working lady behind the counter who was very sweet to my toddler. Will definitely be going back

Was good. Pho is fine. But had to wait to pay at the counter... Poor woman pretty much working by herself.
