Starbucks - Redwood City

I was at my side and waited outside with her dog. I wanted to use the bathroom and was very surprised. toilet would not be flush and her was urine in the toilet. complained to the employees that they were aware and still exist. not happy. bathroom do not clean paper towels to dry the hands

The glass is dirty, the floor is dirty, the tables dirty, this is not the starbucks we grew to know an love.

I always am satisfied with the carmel Fraps. I always get extra carmel too

This location does a great job on Caramel Macchioto.

You have to wait forever here. You'll be the only one in there, order your coffee, then all of a sudden 10 people will walk in and get them all made ahead of yours, because they ordered on line. So even though I'm there first, I get put last. They have a ton of people working there. Why dont they assign one person for walk in's. Doesn't seem like rocket science to me.
