Obscene place to say the least, horrendous food, very dirty place to avoid and I hope the Nas do an inspection
I probably had too many expectations, we were with a group on April 25th, they advertised activities for children with games and similar, and the menu was inviting. Arriving at 11:00 to start the activity we saw none of this, 10 minutes of ATTEMPTED ANIMATION for children without success, immediately afterwards, a trip to look at the animals, after which the children invented the games themselves to be done thanks to the space available ... therefore animation for them is almost non-existent other than tattered attempts at animation. LUNCH: price too exaggerated for what was presented at €35.00 per person for a poor quality and quantity of dishes, it seemed like a lunch just to make money. Children 's menu, ok tomato pasta, second course chips and cutlet, we found ourselves with small pieces of cutlet already cut but as if they had made 2 portions from 1 cutlet. If I have to express a definitive opinion, I don 't think I 'll go back, I felt cheated. I understand the costs of materials but I don 't agree with poor quality and making fun of the customer in this way.
The suggestion would be to change jobs. We are all good at improvising. Yesterday we stayed in this splendid structure. Zero welcome, unpresentable food, terrible service, hair in a first course and in the ice cream. Shortage of drinks, cutlery, glasses, plates. Karaoke volume and price abounded.
Embarrassing in every way! very poor quality food! We were asked several times for oil to season the dishes and the staff 's response was: the chef uses a lot of oil so there is no need to add more ... not to mention the children 's cutlet which has already arrived cut on the plate, probably because multiple portions are made of a cutlet, the salad instead arrived in a small plate to be shared by 8 people, I don 't even comment on the quality of the wine or the coke served in the carafe, I 'll make a small comment instead on the cutlery that the waiter promptly asked us to recycle for each dish and on the glass glasses reserved only for adults (if you were lucky! . But what bothered me the most was not having paid €35 for a menu that not even the cat walking on the tables wanted to eat, but the cunning of the lady at the checkout who wanted to give me the previous customer 's receipt...
