Feedback gevenAfter so many positive reviews, this time they examine things to improve (only some). first of all the name. tractor is no longer suitable for this which is a quality restaurant to all effects. on the edge of the wine list would not be bad to insert a list of spirits and liqueurs (with assortment to increase). That's all. accurate compliance with anti covid standards. the environment is simple and elegant at the same time. minimal but functional furnishings. well spaced tables, well equipped. martin is the owner and also the cook, young, graduated, passionate, very kind, very professional. family staff of extreme courtesy, friendly, engaging, well available to explain the dishes offered with competence. high-quality cuisine, not particularly imaginative that recall traditional cuisine, but prepared in a masterful, perfect way, even with the oo of modern techniques (low-temperature fire). a more articulated speech deserves the price. certainly a little high if you think you are in a trattoria, certainly adequate and, indeed, convenient if it refers to the quality of the dishes and service. I expect that a repositioning of the premises at a well-deserved medium-high level, waiting for them to mature the conditions (which soon will come) to pass to the high and starry level. a majora!
We had dinner in this trattoria that so many of us spoke very well. the menu is a menu almost from the restaurant and with very well-kept dishes. the list is plentiful, the prices and maybe a little more from the restaurant of the trattoria but the food definitely deserves it! all quite traditional we chose the very good flan, rabbit and salmon. everything was really nice is great cooked very well. we were swallowed by dessert with apples that deserved the goto, among the other things I did at the moment! the position is nothing wrong and reflects enough the tractor. I recommend it for a romantic evening. an extra point for very courteous and very helpful staff.
