Panem Et Oleum - REGGIO NELL'EMILIA

I had dinner in this pizzeria, about which I had a fair amount of expectations, being a strong pizza lover. The dough is certainly of a good standard, but the balance with respect to the seasoning is not balanced. The service was quick and without any particular notes. I was disappointed by the desserts, whose taste was given only by unprocessed ingredients such as Nutella. Given the difficulty in finding a table, I don't think I will return.

An excellent pizza, very soft edge that can be eaten easily, the center is perhaps a little thin and if the pizza is highly seasoned it is a bit heavy. Quality ingredients. Not heavy and digestible frying. Prices a little above average but I think it's worth it. The place has a nice atmosphere and is on the first floor with a lift, free parking, booking recommended especially at the weekend.
