Driving through Regina, this restaurant had the highest rating .i have no idea why, no cutlery given as we are staying at a hotel . The hoisin sauce is completely watered down, size of the dish is on the small size. Chicken was good. Fair quality imho. Would I come back ? NOPE!!! Food: 2 Service: 1
