Little Caesars Pizza - Regina

I ordered a Canadian combo meal, and the server repeated my order back to me. However, when I received my order, I realized that I had been given a regular combo meal and a Canadian pizza instead. When I informed the server that this was not what I had ordered, she insisted that it was.

Extremely frustrated. I called to order three orders of the cheese crazy puffs, but the person taking my order kept getting confused and thought I wanted chicken wings instead. When I finally got home, I realized that all three orders were pepperoni instead of cheese. If you don't understand English well, you shouldn't be taking orders. What a waste.

Excellent full-time staff, always quick service, despite how busy it can get. I trust this location with anything my pizza heart desires.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of vegetable only pizzaParking: Generally three spots up front, but plenty of surrounding lot parking.

The woman who was working on 05/23/2023 was extremely rude. I tried calling several times within a 2-hour period to place an order for my lunch break, but no one answered each time. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant to place my order in person and asked why no one was answering the phone. She replied, "I'm busy, if you don't like it, go somewhere else." I didn't say anything and just left. This wasn't the first time she had made a mistake, such as giving me the wrong order or being on her personal phone, laughing and talking in another language when I arrived to pick up my food. I have never had any issues at any other Little Caesars location, only at this one.
