Luna Kitchen - Regina

I had always believed that there were no exceptional restaurants in Regina until I dined at Luna Kitchen. The lamb and duck dishes were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I am hopeful that this establishment will serve as inspiration for others, leading to the growth of more high-quality restaurants in Regina.

I recently dined at Luna for the first time for a private event. The staff was extremely helpful in ensuring the party was a success. Although the service was a bit slow, it was still a fantastic experience. Thank you for a wonderful night.

I am giving this restaurant 1 star because although our server was good and our starter salads were enjoyable, the main meal was disappointing. My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Luna for the first time. Unfortunately, my husband's steak was overcooked and tasted burnt, while his risotto was also overdone. My athenian chicken dish was so heavily seasoned that it was inedible, and the potatoes had a strange, old texture. The waitress seemed to understand that the food was not up to standard, as she did not offer to pack up the leftovers. Despite reading some negative reviews beforehand, we wanted to give Luna a chance. However, we were extremely disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. Even our 20-year-old son can cook better food than this restaurant.

My husband's steak was overcooked and was over seared and tasted burnt and his risotto was overcooked. My supper was the athenian chicken which was so over seasoned making it inedible, and my potatoes tasted old and had a pasty like texture. I am going to say the waitress knew that my food was gross because she never asked I wanted a box for all the food left on my plate. I had read some negative reviews on this restaurant, but wanted to test out for ourselves. My husband and I like trying to support local restaurants, but we will definitely never go back to this restaurant. My 20 year old son can cook better food then this restaurant. Super disappointed.

Ate here a few times. Dining in, the service in the evening is really poor.I have ordered out as well. The food is okay taste-wise, but the prices are insane. See attached pics. I was charged $20 for that chicken. The tomatoe sauce was also extra($15 I believe) and this is what we were given. Avoid this place, its been consistently poor in my experience.
