I placed an online order and waited for 5 minutes before going to pick it up, as it was supposed to be ready within 15 minutes. However, when I got there, the food was not even close to being warm, let alone hot. The fries were ice-cold and soggy, and one of the sandwiches seemed like it had been prepared in advance and kept in the fridge. The second sandwich was slightly better, but still not as fresh as it should have been. This was my second bad experience at this restaurant, and this time I spent over $45, so I decided to call and express my dissatisfaction. I spoke to someone who suggested I bring the food back for a refund, but I was not willing to go back out. It's a shame to see this place deteriorating in quality like this. I doubt I will be giving their service another try.

I placed an online order for takeout to bring back to my hotel room. The food was ready on time and still hot when I arrived at my room. It was delicious and the portions were generous!

The service at this restaurant was awful! If you're in a rush, don't bother stopping here. The complimentary breakfast choices at the hotel are limited and the portions are tiny. It would be wiser to use the $4 off voucher instead. When I requested coffee and tea, the staff took half an hour to return and take our order. We were seated in a secluded area with only one other table, making it impossible to get their attention. The shredded hash browns were tasteless and undercooked.

After a late dinner to Regina. Very good food, with reasonable prices. Good service.

Out for supper with friends and stopped here to have supper. Found out it was Prime Rib night. My wife and brother-in-law order it. My sister-in-law had the turkey dinner and I had the liver dinner. All were great the meals came quite quickly. Our...waitress was excellent and very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and neat. It would be a good family place to eat as the meals were priced right.
