Taco Time - Regina

The staff at this restaurant is always friendly, but the female managers lack customer service skills. We requested a substitution, which is common at other establishments, and she reluctantly agreed, but made it clear that it would not be a regular occurrence. This response was disappointing, especially considering we are loyal, long-time customers.

I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a soft taco, even though there were plenty of employees and very few other customers inside.

Great food, good value, great service. The restaurant was very clean. On Saturday for lunch, near our hotel. People in restaurants around us waited much longer than we did. The food was excellent what we expected from Taco.

After arriving at our hotel we wanted to have a quick snack before we meet our son for dinner. My husband and I shared a poster. It was good. We did not find the chips excessively salty that we both liked.

The restaurant had great food, good prices, and exceptional service. It was very clean and we went for lunch on a Saturday because it was near our hotel. Other customers at nearby restaurants had to wait much longer than we did. The food was excellent and met our expectations for Taco Time.
