Kfc - Region of Waterloo

One of the worst experience I had with KFC at this location, initially gave me hours left over chicken and when I asked for fresh one made me wait more then half an hour and came to know they give me the same chicken but dipped it in the boiling oil, then I ordered fries and gave me very old and stinky fries which I’m sure it went bad and when I asked for ketchup they told me they don’t have it and when I was walking away from there I saw that the other customers were getting ketchup….This is an absolute disaster and not acceptable behavior, I don’t know why such people are doing business in the center of a mall whilst they should know that restaurant and fast food is a hospitality business not misbehaving and mistreating business…I would request from the management to please check their food safety and customer service on regular basis as they are making people and the community sick.I just came to see how many bad reviews this KFC got and it’s all because of their bad behavior and I don’t know why they are serving bad and expired food to customers.I wish I could give this KFC below -1000 stars.

We had to wait for 25 minutes for the worst tasting chicken ever very dried and completely burnt.What happened to this location? Change of ownership? It used to be my favorite location for KFC. After today's experience I will never go back again.
