I intentionally did not review this restaurant after my first visit earlier this month, thinking that what I experienced was an anomaly of some sort, but after today, I'm convinced Papa John's doesn't want my business. The customer service was abhorrent, to say the least. I was made to feel undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. I was not greeted, I was not thanked... I was barely acknowledged. In short, It was the most unwelcoming restaurant experience I can recall, on both occasions. Then I noticed that the pizza was greasy and not very good. Of course, this may be due to the fact that the front-end guy put such a bad taste in my mouth. There are too many pizza places in Reidsville that do appreciate my business... with better pizza to boot. Customer service is important to me. Papa John's failed miserably.
If I could give my experience zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and got the notification at 4:47 pm that it was on the way…. 32 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up with a cold pizza. I am completely disgusted with this place. I will NEVER order from them again. I expect a complete refund. I sent the pizza back.

I will NEVER order from this store again. The driver claimed he was stopped by several lights, there are just 3 lights and even if he had been stopped by the lights, he would have been here in 10 minutes. This is ridiculous.
Hats off to the manager Chris, and the kind driver. My pizza was made wrong (I can’t stand olives) but it was too late for me to go get another, almost our toddler’s bedtime, so Chris put a rush order on the correction and had it delivered out to us! I am so pleased and will definitely order from them again.
