I have been a patron of Polobar for many years. However, during my recent visit, I was surprised to be charged for ketchup. This unexpected change has left me concerned that the staff may not stay much longer.

We were here for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. It offers excellent value for the price and is conveniently located near many historic sites.

I recently visited the Beauty and the Beast-themed restaurant inspired by the afternoon tea (tale as old as time) at the Kensington Hotel in London. As a huge Disney fan, I was in awe of the decor and atmosphere. The experience was truly magical and one I will never forget. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to any Disney lover or anyone looking for a unique dining experience.

Good value for money especially on their meal deal. the food was well cooked and well presented. nice friendly staff.

The room was a mere ok' with the shower curtain falling off, the shower-water not properly evacuating making the bathroom somewhat of a swimming pool. The staff however was very helpful, especially the hotel manager, Shaileen. My wife arrived ill and Shaileen took great care...of her, and us. She made sure our room was cleaned first so we could already access it, much earlier than the normal check-in time. She also gave us all the good local addresses for breakfast, dinner and shopping. The ones we checked out were all a success, so valuable tips.
