Excellent menu services from day to day, very good reception

I spent five days at the Coude Inn. Everything was on top! The kitchen is local and refined, I have always eaten very well. The service is of quality. The team is young and some points can still be improved. However, the real goodwill in the staff to satisfy the customer can only go in this direction. I trust them to become even better (they are already good! . In addition, the Auberge du Coude has a real philosophy of the terroir! Indeed, the boss (who, too, serves in the room and actually goes to the contact of the customers: it's really appreciable knows the products he sells and we notice a real commitment in his approach to making discover a true cuisine typically Jurassian. On the hotel part, it's perfect. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bathroom: bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The bedding is excellent. The room service is also at the height. It should be noted that the value/price ratio is challenging any competition! I keep an excellent memory of my stay at the Auberge du Coude: it is tested and approved. I highly recommend the address, it's a safe value. A grand bravo to Édouard Létoublon and his teams??????
