I visited this place for an Apple appointment and it reminded me of a small town mall in America. Although most stores were closed, the variety of stores seemed nice. The mobile accessories sellers in the middle of the aisle gave me a feeling of being in the US. The infrastructure seemed good and it was easily accessible by bus, although it seemed like most people preferred to drive. There is a large market here for your weekly grocery shopping needs. There are also a couple of pharmacies where you can buy your hair and makeup essentials and a nice, climate-controlled space for walking.
I found it very easy to navigate, especially during these uncertain times. The one-way system in place is clearly effective.
We were actually outside Breahead during this visit, along the river, enjoying lovely walks. This particular day, it was quite and calm. There is a static pirate boat across from crispy cream and seats that you can sit down and watch little ones run around. Not fantastic but done the trick.
At Intu Braehead there is a large variety of shops where you can find pretty much anything. It's quite busy almost all of the time but is a good place to go if you're going to do a big shop. At the other side of the car park is soar, which has restaurants, skiing, bowling and more. It's a great place to go for a day out, especially on a rainy day as it is all inside.
