Feedback gevenI went to the drive-thru to place my order, and it took 5 minutes from the beginning of the conversation to the end. I ordered 2 Happy Meals with just hamburger meat and cheese on the burgers, along with chips and tomatoes. When I reached the window to pick up my order, I was informed that they were out of tomatoes. As we were eating in the car, we discovered that the burgers had pickles in them as well, which we did not ask for. The employee's attitude and customer service were lacking, and I had to ask for my meal to be remade, which seems to be a common occurrence at this particular McDonald's location.
We rarely visit all McDonald’s, but the children were thrilled. once in the business we were told that we had to use the self-service, not on the switch. so ordered, for 3 children and 1 adult. the hotcakes came (with the rest to come) but no cutlery. Finally, the other tablet came that we were missing 1 Med chips, so she brought them out. then I realized that the coke was missing, went up and they gave me that. say back, opened the burger hmm completely wrong burger! false grill entrance in comparison to my order intake. I took it back. while I was waiting, another lady brought her burger back, it was also wrong. but it was not my burger, it was also different, you can assume that at least 3 of us were given the wrong burger in the restaurant! a terrible service to the employees we met. when we arrived, we also noticed most tables, although empty was dirty. we will not visit again.
They literally ALWAYS mess up ur order like i legit ordered a frappé with a happy meal they didn 't even give me the frappé??? we had to go back to the drive thru to get it. a lot of times i 've been there ...we 've ordered a chocolate frappé for me a coffee frappé for my mum but they would jus give us 2 chocolate ones. or we 've ordered a coffee frappé without whipped cream but they still put whipped cream on it. small mess ups like that make it a really **** mcdonalds like not even kidding jus go to hungry jacks. atleast they don 't mess up orders all the time also side note: their 'wifi ' usually doesn 't even connect/ work at all.
It can be challenging to master the art of making good espresso, but even at McDonald's, known for their world-class staff training, the quality of coffee can vary. However, during my recent extended stay in Renmark, I found that the quality of the flat whites and espressos at McDonald's was consistently excellent, rivaling even the best cafes in Melbourne known for their coffee snobbery.
Horrible listening when i ordered drive thru simple order one mcfavourites box, all burgers quarter pounders, Usual sauce 2x sweet and sour sauce with nuggets and 4 extra mac sauce please. On paying asked if i want a reciept they like...to try and not give you one so they can screw you later recieve order for once right away at window instead of being asked to wait in the parking bay with no receipt, that was another of many bad experiences, since i demanded my receipt before leaving the window and was refused, and told i could have a refund or go wait without a reciept. they then took 10 minutes to give me my refund after much argument at the drivethru and me insisting on it before i move on. So this time i get my order and we check the box, the chips are half full only, and stale and half cold. litteraly half of the double size fries box the meal comes with was empty. I had meanwhile sent one of my passengers inside with the reciept to buy the sauces that where missing and not even on the reciept. when i noticed the state of the fries. i took one in to them, got out and found the other fries where the same so took those in too. asking for replacement and left to go back to the car with my now upset son with autism in the car wondering what is going on. to my dismay my other passenger gets back to the car to tell me she wants allllllllllllll the food bought back inside so she can inspect it even the drinks , where she proceded to pick a few random cold stale chips from the bottom of the box and shove them into the chip containers with bare hands saying its not possible these chips can be in the bottom of the box! as if accusing us of doing something to the order. He asked for a refund because by now the food was all cold and she would not make a new box, but only replace the friies after rehandling all the food in the box. After some argument she finally refunded the purchase and he had to demand his reciept back as she threw it away when she first asked for it. I however, was out in the carpark with my child who was now pretty upset and expected him to come out with a fresh order. My kid loves maccas and rarely do we go since the service there sucks so bad. So i go back into the store when he comes out to stay with my son and ask the manager if she can just replace the order and id buy the missing sauces since there was now a lineup in the drivethru and inside. The manager told me she been abused by my other passenger when he asked for a refund and he later told me he did no such thing. I told her it sure was interesting what she called abuse since i seem to remember her calling the police on my last time accusing me of physicaly assaulting her when i asked for a refund after her giving me no other reasonable option. The charges where dropped after they could not produce the fictitional video evidence they told me and their local best buddy police told me they had. She siad she didnt want to talk about all that ... well im not **** surprised. In the end for fear of having my food spat on and having my child go totaly balistic about having to wait in the long que of the drivethru as she expected me to do. When she asked me if i would like to go and wait in line LIKE EVERYONE ELSE . I told her no thank you. we already did that once, i think i will go someplace better. This place is a Nightmare and should be shut down. and the manager and her twin sister manager need to go dig potatoes for a living because that is their skill level.
