Café De L'horloge - Rennes

OMG. The biggest bar ever in Rennes. Maybe there are others, but that was clearly the biggest public space. I was so excited when I came here to see the amazing crowd that could see as far as I could, plus they had Corona. I think I'll always go if I have company. Well done.

Great bar, with a really good selection of beers and very understanding staff, with my poor French. Interesting view too!

The cigarette smoke from the outdoors seating reached inside, and the beer supposedly from Bretagne was from Belgium. The Brussel and Amsterdam locations are better.

The positioning of this Bar Café is perfect, nice service also. I really enjoyed my drink with some nice sun on the terrace

Ugh... proof that great beer alone does not make a great place to drink. No menus outdoors, tableside QR codes that don't work and a waitstaff that does not properly explain various styles or brands. Well located next to the Marche des Lices.
