3rd time we come.. quality has not changed. Sunday noon in a couple. 3 admissions, 3 dishes, 3 desserts... everything is cooked home. the chef guillaume always officiates himself in his little kitchen. "Egg poached foie gras sauce" real delight, then for me fish absolutely succulent and my companion a very tender beef pavement. always good and original accompaniments...and yes because in addition the plate is beautiful. 2 roasted fishing desserts for one and a lawyer, straw ice ball, surprising dessert and succulent. We'll be back there for sure.
At noon and evening, cuisine full of flavors and good products. Cuisine exclusively made from local markets.Menu with slate that changes regularly, quality and freshness! a pleasure to see the chef work in his kitchen open to the room, and to be able to chat with this passionate at the end of the meal. a restaurant that is worth the detour, I highly recommend!
We were two for lunch on Sunday noon, and we had a good time, no more. On that day, a choice between 3 admissions, 3 dishes and 3 desserts, for 29 €, with a supplement of some euros on one of the entries and one of the dishes. possibility to choose "à la carte" from the menu. in total, we had about 50 euros per person, aperitif, wine and coffee included. The most: open on Sunday; classic dishes, between brewery (ex: intercoast-roasted earthenware) and terroir (e.g. egg poached with foie gras, merlu on risotto,) taste without however being very original; Smiling and fast, but without pressure.Less: tables too tight, even bothering the circulation of the waitress; approximate cooking, with a small taste of burnt for some potatoes or a tip of the peel; restricted choice, both for menu and for wines; Value for money.At the balance sheet, probably a good potential, but the desire or need to accommodate many customers can harm quality (the more customers are, the less time you have to monitor cooking and give a little originality to the preparations.) a balance to find therefore, but already an acceptable level.
Meal of the Mother's Day menu at 29€ with supplement for the dish. very reasonable price for high quality products (amusement mouth: asparagus cream, entrance: raw salmon with a toka bean, dish: holy stone with asparagus, dessert: they were able to offer me sorbet (because of allergies.) everything was excellent! the reception is warm, the room is very small only about twenty covers. only negative point the location, difficulty to park prefer the metro!
