Dunkin' - Reno

I never write reviews, this was awful . Hair in donuts , bland coffee , the food I got on the side taste like burnt plastic . I can’t even explain how disgusting it was. The whole experience has made me learn to never come back again !

I love Dunkin' Donuts and I especially love it when they have my favorite glazed munchkins hot and fresh! Service is always super fast here and is with a smile can't ask for more than that!

I ordered a medium iced coffee at 2pm. I was told the store was out of iced decaf. Really? I doubt I will be back.

8/17/2023- Couldn't resist seeing the specials for pumpkin items..My first time using the Dunkin app to do a mobile walk in order..Wow-! So easy!!Already had my homemade latte so, I went with the pumpkin signature iced latte and pumpkin holes and a pumpkin glazed donut..Walked in and the order was ready for pick up!Donuts filled with pumpkin slice and moist!Drink is good- but honestly I prefer my morning drinks to be hot.Now I'm dangerous with this east way of ordering!

I ordered on the app for the damonte ranch location and the company happily took my money. I drive over to pick it up and it was closed. Another person walked in behind me and said the same thing to me as well. I emailed the company with the details and was told the local manager would contact me within 2 days. Guess what?? That never happened after 5 to 6 days. Now I'm emailing back and forth with corporate and it seems like this will be a struggle for a 7 dollar order.
